ALL parents/guardians must complete and submit the School Meals Application (lunch form) which could save your family more than $250 per year for each of your children. Children in households that meet the federal income guidelines will be eligible for free or reduced-price meals.
You only need to fill out one application for all children living in your home attending Pre-K to high school and send back as quickly as possible to avoid unnecessary charges for meals. The results will determine your child’s eligibility for October to the end of the School Year 2012-2013. Forms were distributed to students at the beginning of the school year.
