This guide was created to help families prepare for the 2013-2014 school year by making sure they have an up-to-date WSC email account, access to their child's academic records in ARIS, and information about the Common Core standards. Resources for students to use to build their skills are also included.

1. WSC Family Email address

Do you have your West Side Collaborative email address? With it you will get updates, flyers, news, announcements, and everything you need to know about the WSC Community.

  • If you don’t have an account, click here to fill out this form

  • After the form has been filled out, WSC will contact you with the information you need to get started.

Note: This school account can be forwarded to an email inbox that you use regularly, so you don’t have to check a separate email account. If you’re interested in finding out how to do this, please contact the Parent Coordinator Ms. Tracy McClaire at tmcclaire@schools.nyc.gov or call 347-563-5146.

2. ARIS Parent Access

The ARIS Parent Portal will give you access to your child’s basic academic records such as attendance, test scores and other data about your child.

If you need a username or password, please contact Ms. McClaire.
